Margaret Danielle Edinger

6:12 PM March 9, 2009....Margaret Danielle Edinger was born in Hermitage, TN. God blessed us in such an amazing way!! She came quickly & healthy! 8lbs 7oz & 20 1/2 inches long! She has her mommy's nose, daddy's lips, and a nice amount of dark hair & eye lashes. She has been a sweet sweet girl so far....as well as extremely curious(always looking around!). We're so excited to have her in our lives.

Ok, a few things:
First, CoNgRaTuLaTiOnS! That doesn't nearly express the joy we feel for you in welcoming your child, it's so thrilling and wonderful, and we're so excited for your family!
Second, she's truly beautiful! I have a boy and a girl, so I know what a beautiful kid of each gender looks like, and your daughter really is gorgeous!
Third, Shana, if I could look 1/2 as amazing as you do in the pic w/ your new baby right after giving birth, I'd have 100 more! You look fantastic!
Fourth, we have big plans for our daughter to marry a little boy who's parents are raising him for the Lord...yeah, we're ok w/ arranged marriages! We know another Jesus-loving couple that just welcomed a little boy a couple days ago, a perfect match for Margaret. I know it seems early for Ted to think about his baby girl getting married, but you've gotta get in there early before all the good ones are snatched up! Just kidding, Ted! You can always go the route of keeping her locked up away from boys 'til she's in her 40's!
~~~***Hi Margaret Danielle! I bet you were excited to meet your wonderful parents with whom you've been communicating "long distance" for many months. They're excited to have met you and look forward to introducing you to your home and the special bedroom they set up for you! I bet you'll like it there. When you need something, you just let your parents know...they'll do anything for you! They especially want to tell you more about Jesus and how He loves you and made you uniquely as you are. And I know you'll teach your parents many things, too--some of the greatest lessons on love that can come only through you! You're all a perfect fit, so welcome to this great big world, and enjoy life!
We do share a birthday, though Gretchen arrived at 8:21 am. She is beautiful! Enjoy every moment, and now I must nap myself.
